
Business Systems Transformation Manager

The success of an ERP transformation initiative depends on effective leadership and management. As the ERP Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initiation and planning to successful deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage program budget, resources, and risks across multiple projects to minimize threats and maximize opportunities.
- Establish communication channels and engage stakeholders throughout the ERP program to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and manage a team of IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and system administrators, to foster collaboration and growth.
- Lead the integration of the core ERP system with multiple downstream applications and systems to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure seamless system adoption.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to validate system functionality and usability.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the new ERP system to enhance knowledge and adoption rates.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of service and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies, and recommend system enhancements to drive business value and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in a leading ERP system, including in-depth knowledge of core functionality and configuration options.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and practices.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams with diverse skillsets.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure effectively.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
