Technical Director

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and scale fintech products and platforms with end-to-end accountability.
  • Lead technical decision-making and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers to foster innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adhere to best practices, and deliver product features on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for future roadmap planning.
  • Oversight of integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
