Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual to lead our international sales efforts, developing business strategies and managing sales teams to expand our educational services globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Diversify revenue streams through innovative business development initiatives in various global regions.
  2. Lead a team of International Counsellors, guiding them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Conduct market analysis, identifying customer needs for products and services that align with our mission.
  4. Nurture relationships with existing customers and partners, while establishing new connections across the globe.
  5. Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring market intelligence and documenting valuable insights on our CRM.
Requirements:
  • Experience in international edtech sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to foster strong partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
