Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Job Description:

  • This role involves providing customer support via phone, email, or instant message to resolve consumer inquiries.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating complex product-related problems to the Product Support team.
  • Key responsibilities include processing high volumes of consumer inquiries and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
  • The ideal candidate will troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and use tools and resources to determine solutions.
  • Escalation procedures will be followed to ensure effective resolution of unresolved issues, with coaching and mentoring provided to learn from solutions and expand knowledge.
  • Accurate tracking and documentation of inbound support requests will be ensured, including notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Customer information will be updated, and accurate entry of contact details will be maintained.
  • Performance will be measured against job standards, including quality metrics, schedule adherence, and average handle time.
  • In addition, guidance and mentoring may be provided to less experienced Customer Service Professionals.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with our products, services, and business operations is essential for effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction are mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and operation is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment is highly valued.
