Key Account Delivery Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned delivery professional responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process for key accounts across North America, Europe, and India.

They will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery. Effective communication with customers, addressing delivery issues, and providing performance reporting are essential aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related fields preferred
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain management; 3+ years in key account management
