Risk Management Lead Fund Accountant

The Risk Management Lead for Fund Accounting will be responsible for leading the Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting India team in mitigating risks. This includes engagement, challenge of operational activities, control monitoring, and enhancement.
This role requires collaboration with Global Delivery Business Risk Management teams, Corporate Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Global Delivery Business Risk Management for Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting India
- Maintain effective partnerships with senior leaders in the Global Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting India Operations organization
- Execute core risk initiatives and programs to reduce risks and strengthen process control environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship building across various functions and levels within the organization
- Strong organizational awareness with the ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 10 years of experience in internal control methodology, audit, and/or testing.
