Key Credit Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled credit professional to enhance our credit and deal execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess 7-8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and underwriting, with strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare and review loan term sheets.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, providing recommendations to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple transactions simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with lenders or investment managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
