Job Description:

We are seeking an Airport Ground Staff member who will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic IT and computer skills
  • Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
