Job Overview

Spearheading a High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee work and attendance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective coaching to team members, ensuring consistent high-performance delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and address related issues.
  • Maintain service quality by ensuring that it meets contractual expectations.
  • Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to employees.
  • Conduct regular meetings to facilitate open communication and ensure employees are aware of relevant information.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a team leader in an international business process outsourcing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, customer satisfaction, net promoter score, and service level agreements.
