Lead a High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a high-performing team in banking processes and achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional results.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily team activities, monitor work and attendance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and delivery.
  • Identify and address performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, provide timely updates, and conduct regular team meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures, and attend required manager development training.
  • Exercise independent judgment, discretion, and leadership to implement management policies.
  • Support and collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to achieve program objectives.
  • Contribute to employee selection, training, development, and performance appraisal, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.
