Job Title: Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.
  • Extract data from ERP systems and databases for reporting purposes.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardize reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. Experience working independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests is also required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
Experience Levels

For Mid-Level Role (3+ Years' Experience):

  • Advanced expertise in FP&A or revenue accounting.
  • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

For Senior Role (5+ Years' Experience):

  • Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior analysts.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
