Pre-Delivery Inspection Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Inspection Manager to oversee our vehicle inspection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the complete pre-delivery inspection process of all vehicles before delivery to customers
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety, quality, and performance standards as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Manage and train the pre-delivery inspection team
  • Maintain checklists and proper documentation of all inspections
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to align vehicle delivery schedules
  • Ensure proper fitment of accessories and conduct final inspections
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient pre-delivery inspection area as per OEM standards

Additional duties include reporting daily pre-delivery inspection status and delivery readiness to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in vehicle service pre-delivery inspection operations in the automobile industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, safety checks, and quality control
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with DMS ERP systems (an advantage)
