Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PDI Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Inspection PDI operations The PDI Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected prepared and delivered in perfect condition meeting manufacturer and dealership standards Key Responsibilities Supervise the complete PDI process of all vehicles before delivery to customers Ensure vehicles meet safety quality and performance standards as per manufacturer guidelines Manage and train the PDI team Maintain checklists and proper documentation of all inspections Coordinate with the sales and service departments to align vehicle delivery schedules Ensure proper fitment of accessories and conduct final inspections Maintain a clean safe and efficient PDI area as per OEM standards Report daily PDI status and delivery readiness to management Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Automobile Mechanical Engineering preferred 3-5 years of experience in vehicle service PDI operations in the automobile industry Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection safety checks and quality control Excellent leadership and team management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with DMS ERP systems is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines Benefits Training and career development opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Supportive and professional work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 12 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
