Job Description:

We are seeking a Costing and Financial Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost sheets for products and services, including direct and indirect cost components.

In this role, you will conduct thorough analysis of costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend strategies for optimization.

You will also track and update costs for raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses in real-time. Collaboration with procurement and production teams is essential to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing.

Furthermore, you will compare actual costs with budgets and estimates, and investigate variances to propose corrective actions.

In the business finance domain, you will prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports to support business planning.

You will also provide insights on break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications include an MBA/CA and ICWA, 5-7 years of experience in cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools is essential.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
