The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in healthcare product management and consulting.

Key responsibilities of the job include authoring, documenting, and maintaining detailed demo scenarios, scripts, and storyboards tailored to workflows.

Candidate should be able to curate and validate synthetic demo data and collaborate with engineers to ensure all scenarios reflect actual product capabilities and value.

They must define talk tracks, metrics for demo success, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, they should lead or co-lead client demos, gathering feedback, and iterating scenarios/templates accordingly.

The selected individual will also train Sales and Product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment to business requirements.

Finally, they are expected to capture post-demo feedback and contribute to knowledge and template updates.

In order to excel in this position, candidate must possess a deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes. They should have exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

A minimum of 14+ years of overall experience is required, as well as experience in SaaS or demo environments being a plus.
