Remote Desktop Support Engineer

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for our users. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
