Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable software architecture.
  • Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through development and deployment.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development practices, including writing unit tests.
  • Build reusable code and libraries to promote efficiency across projects.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for all systems related to products.

Requirements

Programming foundation in Python, including debugging and performance analysis. Experience in developing web applications and APIs (REST, XML) and knowledge of frameworks like Django / Flask. Well-established experience in all phases of development – requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide application systems. In-depth knowledge of Source Code Repository and experience working with Git. Hands-on experience in DB design & Architecture with focus on performance. Knowledge of caching techniques and utilities like Memcache / Redis.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in Angular, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, JS, Bootstrap, Ajax.

Key Competencies

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement optimal solutions. Knowledge of secure coding practices, handling sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Ability to design scalable backend systems.
