Role Overview

We're looking for a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead our creative development on Amazon.

This role is responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong ownership mentality, and deep experience in delivering high-performance content.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Direct all photography efforts including product, model, and lifestyle shoots by developing clear guidelines and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards and creative direction.
  • Oversee creative execution for product detail pages ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Partner with the Product, Business Analytics and Strategy teams to ensure accurate and compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  • Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.
  • Own the creative workflow ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles recommended to effectively collaborate with design counterparts.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.
