Job Title: Architect with 5+ Years Experience

We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. This includes collaborating with our team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery, engaging with clients to understand requirements, presenting design concepts, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will also oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery, mentor and guide junior designers/architects, and be responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
