Lead Artistic Visionary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Art Director who can lead projects from ideation to execution, craft compelling visual narratives and mentor a team of designers. You will be responsible for leading collaborative ideation sessions, bringing bold ideas to the table, and ensuring all outputs meet brand standards, project goals and creative vision.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in design with a strong body of work, at least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Key Responsibilities
- Dive into new briefs with a strong grasp of brand tonality, business goals and audience insights.
- Maintain a consistent understanding of each brand's visual and communication identity across projects.
- Present work confidently and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- 6+ years of creative/design experience with a strong body of work.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling, typography, layout and branding skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, animation or interactive media.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch or other UI/UX design tools.
