The IT Support Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring business continuity through proactive monitoring and technical support across IT infrastructure.
This comprehensive support covers end-user needs, networking, servers, and IT systems. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as an IT Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks) to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle user requests and incidents via our helpdesk/ticketing system.
- Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues efficiently.
- Assist in IT projects such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.
Essential Skills Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
