Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Review and prepare financial statements, verify bookkeeping and accounting accuracy, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Clients Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, facilitate communication between the office and clients, and provide regular performance reports including budgets.
  • CPA Paperwork: Assist in preparing and reviewing CPA work papers, as well as income tax preparation and filing.
  • Employee Management: Oversee employee relationships, performance management, and training, ensuring that all employees are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Monitor systems and processes for improvement opportunities, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
