Job Title: Taxation Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead and manage our organization's tax compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including income tax, TDS, GST, and transfer pricing.
  • Liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
  • Tax planning: timely computation, payment, and filing of returns and tax provisions.
  • Tax management: timely and correct filings and monthly/annual reconciliations.
  • Transfer Pricing: coordination of documentation and benchmarking studies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of tax laws.
  • Hands-on experience with tax compliance tools and ERP systems.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
