Job Title: Assistant Manager - Administration

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership position that involves supporting various offices and branches across the country.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to liaise with architects and other stakeholders.
  • The role also requires strong analytical skills to update and maintain administrative-related management information systems (MIS) on a regular basis.
  • We are looking for someone who can establish effective communication channels with government bodies to obtain work permissions and execute interior and civil work.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with department heads to gain insights into their administrative requirements.
  • Responsibilities also include renewing AMC contracts for equipment, maintaining fire safety systems, managing travel arrangements, auditing assets, allocating mobile devices, and supervising day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administrative management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
