Chief Client Relationship Manager

We seek a highly skilled Account Manager to oversee our IT services clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and experience in account management.
- The primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
- Understand client technology roadmaps and business challenges to position our company's IT solutions effectively.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
