  • Establish trust with clients by providing timely and effective service delivery.
  • Understand client needs and align our solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and account management.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in a B2B or corporate services environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
