About the Role

This Business Consultant position involves strategic planning and implementation, requiring an in-depth understanding of Workforce Management tools and project management expertise.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in WFM, working through all stages (Forecasting, capacity planning, roster & schedule) with aptitude for creative problem-solving and proficiency in MS Office.

The successful candidate will have familiarity with a wide range of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases, along with analytical skills, excellent data collection and analysis capabilities, confident communication both written and verbal, and willingness to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with assigned clients to assess problematic situations and collect information about their business.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify weaknesses and problems, formulate recommendations and solutions, and present findings to clients with justification.
  • Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes and assist clients in implementing the plan, resolving any discrepancies that may occur.
  • Provide guidance on occurring problems and issues, partnering with Professional Services to support project management from a business capability standpoint.
  • Work as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external teams.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate degree in a related discipline.
  • Certified Management Consultant is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirement.
