ESG Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to support our sustainability reporting product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This role is perfect for professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Framework Analysis:
    • Support the mapping of ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Data & Reporting Support:
    • Collaborate with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates.
    • Support the development of GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
    • Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  • Product Support:
    • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective.
    • Support the preparation of client-facing documentation and case studies.
    • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  • Documentation & Communication:
    • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks.
    • Support the creation of an internal knowledge base for sustainability compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
