Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
  • Comply with SEBI LODR guidelines and data requirements for RPT compliance.
  • Account for critical aspects such as ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in financial data representation and ensure error-free statutory financial reporting.
  • Review and approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end for accurate consolidation of financials.
  • Review consolidated reports and reason analysis for key variances before circulation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors for smooth query resolution on consolidation-related issues.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the Consolidation process, reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for enhanced reporting speed and efficiency.

Job Description:

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting and be familiar with SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting preferably in same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
