Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft Partner Center professional to manage alliance, partner center operations, co-sell pipeline, and Azure sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and manage co-sell opportunities in Partner Center for Azure and related solutions.
  • Collaborate with account teams and partner management to validate and align opportunities.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure opportunities are correctly registered and tracked.
  • Monitor pipeline progression, close-won reporting, and track incentives and Azure consumption revenue.

Co-Sell Opportunity Management:

  • Manage co-sell opportunities from registration to close-won.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align opportunities and ensure correct registration.
  • Work with partner management to resolve disputes and ensure timely claims submission.

Partner Center Administration:

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and organizational details within Partner Center.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner program requirements.

Azure Sales Operations:

  • Monitor Azure consumption revenue and active usage.
  • Provide insights to leadership on Azure sales performance.

Incentives & Marketplace:

  • Manage enrollment in incentive programs and ensure timely claims submission.
  • Track and reconcile incentive payouts.

Reporting & Governance:

  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership on co-sell wins and Azure KPIs.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with Microsoft partner policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center and co-sell motions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
