Cloud Data and AI Solutions Architect

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's cloud stack, specifically Azure, Power BI, Power Automate/Logic Apps, Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor. They should have hands-on experience with data ingestion using Fabric Dataflows Gen2 or ADF and be able to land data in OneLake/ADLS while implementing scheduled refresh and incremental patterns.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be skilled in partnering with AI Builder (Python/dbt) to expose curated datasets, implement row-level security, semantic models, and DAX measures. They will also be responsible for building and optimizing Power BI pages, creating workflows using Power Automate, and configuring security and governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
  • Implement data pipelines using Fabric Dataflows Gen2 or ADF and optimize them for performance.
  • Collaborate with Python/dbt engineers to integrate data assets and create scalable data architectures.
  • Develop and deploy data visualization dashboards using Power BI and implement real-time analytics.
  • Configure security and access controls using Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, Azure Storage, and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Monitor is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance regulations.

  • Proficiency in Python and dbt.
