Product Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Management Specialist to support our Antibodies product portfolio. This role will play a key part in implementing product line strategies, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-impact portfolio and take ownership of critical product launch deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including forecasting, market research, pricing/margin analysis, product improvements, and discontinuations.
  • Lead documentation and system workflows for new product launches.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct customer interviews and define product requirements and value propositions.
  • Maintain and audit product data across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, R&D, Market Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, to drive execution and alignment.
  • Perform competitive and market analyses to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to PPI (Practical Process Improvement) initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record to work cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing market/competitive analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or an equivalent.
  • Familiarity with antibody/immunoassay technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle or E1.
