Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced technical platform specialist to ensure the reliability and performance of our trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support trading applications to guarantee high availability and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within established service level agreements.
  • Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support with hands-on expertise in Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • Direct experience with trading systems is essential.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of trading platforms and their components.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Collaboration and communication skills are crucial.
