Leading the Development of Large Language Models

We are seeking an experienced AI professional to design and optimize AI-driven applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

  • Develop and implement advanced AI solutions to improve response relevance and contextual accuracy.
  • Optimize model performance by fine-tuning models and improving data retrieval, indexing, and augmentation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Ensure ethical AI implementation by addressing bias, explainability, and data security concerns.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in software development and AI engineering.
  • Strong expertise in training and deploying LLMs and RAG techniques.
  • Proficiency in vector search methodologies and hands-on experience with vector databases.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries, as well as experience with cloud platforms and MLOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerization for scalable AI deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
