We are seeking an accomplished Sophisticated AI Application Developer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This challenging role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing next-generation internal business applications enriched with artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation. As a key member of our team, you will leverage advanced technologies such as low-code platforms, language models, and robotic process automation (RPA) to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive operational efficiency and business intelligence.

Your primary focus will be on harnessing the capabilities of low-code platforms, including private/local deployments and complex prompt engineering, to create sophisticated applications that utilize natural language querying, smart widget recommendations, and AI-driven actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles, embedding language models for adaptive automation.
  • Integrate public and private language models to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing.
  • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, ensuring minimal latency and adherence to best practices in privacy and data protection.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for AI features, language model/RPA integrations, and best practices, fostering reusability, compliance, and rapid onboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of proven software development experience, with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications.
  • Advanced skill in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with language models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features.
  • Solid grasp of Git for version control, branching, and team workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; adept at debugging and delivering resilient AI-powered solutions.
