Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Fabric solutions. As a highly experienced technical leader, you will oversee the architecture of our data platforms, leveraging expertise in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and Microsoft Fabric.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Fabric Lead. You will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions. Your leadership skills will enable you to manage stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Fabric solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services
  • Lead a team of data professionals, providing guidance on solution architecture, data governance, and security best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical designs that meet business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance our data platforms
  • Develop and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies using Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric

Requirements:

  • 9-12 years of experience in technology leadership, with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric client implementation projects
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data platforms, leveraging expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and cloud computing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
