**Cloud Architect - Big Data Solutions**

We are seeking a skilled Cloud and Big Data Architect to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Azure Cloud expertise, with a passion for Big Data management and data quality skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement scalable Big Data architecture on cloud platforms.
  • Ensure data governance and applicative implementation standards on the data lake store.
  • Review and capture non-compliance with data standards, propose remediation, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Migrate on-premises applications and databases to the cloud.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in Azure cloud technologies, Data management and governance, and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Azure.
  • Proficient in Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and their integration with cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Data quality and Governance frameworks and tools.
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions.
  • Azure certification (AZ-104 / AZ-305 / AZ-204) and DevOps experience are an asset.
