IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT and provide top-notch technical support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. They should also be fluent in French and English, with a good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents within agreed SLA timelines or escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. They will also be required to log all incidents and requests accurately in the Service Management tool and follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.

This role requires collaboration with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles. In addition, they will support remote users and ensure proper functionality of VPN, remote desktops, and other remote access tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role (1–6 years preferred).
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
