Job Title: Data Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building and deploying an operational intelligence platform for digital infrastructure. By leveraging the power of AI/ML-based analytics, this platform provides actionable insights to network, cloud, and application operators.

Our solutions are used by leading organizations across various industries, including Telecoms, Media Providers, Retail, and Professional Sports. We strive to deliver world-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of large enterprises.

  • Develop technical expertise on our operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product features and meet customer requirements;
  • Deploy our solution at customers' sites, understanding their data, workflow & analytics requirements;
  • Ensure seamless enablement for customers to use, understand & self-serve extensions of our capabilities;
  • Work closely with sales teams and partners for pre-sales activities;
  • Own design, development & execution plans for Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and lead them to successful deployment;
  • Enhance product features and quality through proposals and customer reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline;
  • Proficiency in coding languages like Python;
  • Strong background in engineering or 5+ years of relevant hands-on coding experience;
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
  • Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFormation Templates, and YAML configurations;
  • Ability to design SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data using Jupyter notebooks;
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written;
  • Background in networking fundamentals, including Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing;
  • Familiarity with network analytics and its applications.
