Learning and Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage end-to-end delivery of central learning and development programs. As an L&D professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of central L&D programs.
- Analyze program effectiveness and drive learner engagement through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and success.
- Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates.
- Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently.
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset.
