We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure department, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of network devices.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs)
  • Hands-on experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in Onprem and Cloud deployment
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers
  • Experience with designing, setting up, configuring, and daily administration of security devices such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, and Proxy devices
  • Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues/incidents
  • Strong knowledge of SDWAN technology and experience deploying it across territories
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of network device configuration, maintenance, and support
  • Deployment and maintenance of SDWAN across territories
  • Execution of upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams
  • Maintenance of technical documentation
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment
