Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization.

Purpose of the Role

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives in our IT support services. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to both in-house and external clients, including diagnosing and resolving fundamental technical issues involving hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user computing, travelling to client locations to provide onsite support when required, and having experience working with HL7 integration engines, PACS/RIS software, and DICOM standards.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in IT Support, is familiar with healthcare applications, and has excellent English written and oral communication skills.
