Job Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in handling the entire HR, IR & Admin function of our R&D center from hiring to separation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders to understand strategic business objectives and formulate HR strategies to meet current and future employee engagement and talent management needs.
  • Drive different HR-related processes at the plant, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, and maintaining cordial employee relations aligned with business needs.
  • Implement the performance management process as per COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high performance culture within the organization.
  • Ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed efficiently in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency & compliance, leading to seamless service delivery.
  • Direct and implement end-to-end performance management for employees across the site and manage appraisal processes with teams.
  • Plan, organize, and enhance employee engagement initiatives, creating a platform for employee involvement & inclusion.
  • Analyze training needs of employees, coordinate with L&D Team, and work on feedback by providing appropriate training as required, communicating with employees to create a constant employee connect.
  • Monitor and ensure effective rendering of administrative services aligned to SLA and budgeting compliance.
  • Liaise with Government & local authorities as and when required, establishing good rapport.
