Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ensuring accuracy.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement budget control mechanisms across the organization and portfolio companies.
  • Consolidate financial data from businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate financial reporting of portfolio companies.
  • Provide diligence during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
  • Drive financial strategies that align with organizational growth and scaling goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, employees.
  • Manage financial/legal negotiations for optimal outcomes.
  • Partner with business and legal teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company-wide and employee-level performance management linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
  • Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance and efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Establish internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks.
  • Evaluate all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports for quality and relevance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience ideally in investment firms, VC/PE-backed companies, or high-growth businesses.
  • Strong track record in monthly closing, FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization.
