Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Direct Tax Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct tax planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.

  • Develop and implement direct tax strategies to optimize our tax position
  • Research, interpret, and apply relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review direct tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage tax audits and coordinate responses and documentation for tax authorities

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian direct tax laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and handling tax audits
