Global Service Delivery Manager

This key role oversees the Talent acquisition function for assigned locations, driving results through effective recruitment processes and strategic team leadership.

  • 12-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with management experience required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring/Shared Services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead a recruitment process grounded in industry best practices.
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Leads to achieve optimal performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Create an efficient Talent Acquisition engine.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to maximize the effectiveness of hiring.
  • Establish internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
  • Analyze data to forecast talent supply & needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.
