Position Overview

This esteemed role provides support to the Supervisory Board, merging executive assistance and lifestyle management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments.
  • Handle all communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize domestic and international travel with a focus on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Ensure high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality across all matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A hospitality background with experience in leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services is essential.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, preferably as an EA.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems are essential.
  • A service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion is required.

Ideal Candidate:

A highly refined professional from the hospitality or luxury services industry, with refinement, attention to detail, and client-centricity, can adapt these skills to support and manage the professional and personal requirements of the Chairman's office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EA experience is not mandatory but exposure to working with senior leaders, UHNWIs, or premium clientele will be highly valued.
