Our organization seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Expert to drive employee life cycle management solutions.

About the Role
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution, with expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive HR systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation and support projects, with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of global organizational processes and procedures, with experience in translating business requirements into system configuration objects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Provide consulting services on HCM best practices to global organizations, assisting clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with data models and excellent knowledge of XML, with expertise in MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience with Time-Off and EC payroll functionality, with a strong understanding of system configuration based on solution design and configuration workbook/business blueprint.
  • Translation expertise, including uploading translation packs for data model configuration and MDF.
  • Preparation and execution of test cases/test plans/test scripts, with a strong learning ability and agility to acquire new competencies quickly.
Requirements
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution, with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of global organizational processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle management processes in global organizations, with a deep knowledge of HCM best practices.
