Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and implement Onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering impactful HR solutions and driving digital transformation.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves configuring and implementing Onboarding 2.0 processes, including upgrades from Onboarding 1.0.
You will design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors, conduct discovery sessions with customers, and integrate Onboarding 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems.
A key responsibility of this role is to provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions
- Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications
- Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption
- Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades
- Conduct design sessions and workshops with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central (mandatory)
- Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations
- Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing
