Senior Associate Job Description

This is a critical role that involves managing all aspects of search execution, including leading research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling existing relationships with key clients and ensuring that these relationships are well-managed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

The job requires the candidate to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. They will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of search execution, including research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and implement effective research strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on candidates and provide accurate biographical information.
  • Assist consultants with marketing, pitches, and presentations.
  • Proactively assist consultants with speculative candidate ideas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented.
  • Well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
